WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

We don’t have a dress code, however please make sure you wear CLOSED TOE SHOES. No Sandals.

HOW MUCH DO OUR TOURS COST?

  • The Original Brew Tour: $95PP
  • After Hours Brew Tour: $95PP
  • Designated Driver Ticket $65 (21+ only, all the fun, none of the alcohol) Not available on all tours. Non Alcoholic drinks will be provided.

HOW DO I BOOK A TOUR?

Click Here, Then choose which Buffalo Brew Bus Tour you were looking to do and the date, fill out all the necessary information, and that’s pretty much it. Please email us if you have any difficulty booking a tour.

WHY WASN’T I ABLE TO PAY WHEN MAKING A BOOKING?

If we did not ask for payment during the booking process, we have not reached our minimum tour participants. Once the tour minimum is met, the system will automatically accept your booking request and you will then have 48 hours to pay the amount due. If this payment is not received within 48 hours, the system will automatically cancel your tour.

COULD MY TOUR GET CANCELLED?

Tours can be cancelled or the vehicle type modified if 4 or fewer tickets are sold for a tour. You will have at least 24 hours notice before the date of your tour and you can reschedule at no cost to you or accept a full refund.

If roads are passable and our brewery partners are open, we run our tours as scheduled. In the event of inclement weather, the decision to cancel will be made by the Brew Bus Buffalo Staff at least 24 hours before the date of your tour and you are welcome to reschedule at no cost to you or accept a full refund.

Should you wish to reschedule within 72 hours of your tour date, you will be charged $25 per person date change fee and is based on tour availability. If you choose not to reschedule with the $25 date change fee, no refunds will be provided.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY GIFT CARD/CERTIFICATE?

To redeem a gift certificate, please click here and input your gift code during the checkout.

WHEN AND WHERE IS PICK-UP/DROP OFF?

Pick up and drop off details are in the tour description. We do not pick up or drop off at any other locations.

WHERE SHOULD I PARK IF I AM DRIVING TO THE PICK UP SPOT?

We highly recommend that you use Uber, Lyft or cab service to get to the start of your tour. If you do drive, depending on the tour, there is usually a parking garage or street parking nearby where you can leave your car overnight. Buffalo also has 2 designated driver services to get your car home with you after the tour.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Tours are ALL INCLUSIVE! The tour price includes all your beer tastings (could range anywhere from 2-16 ounces), a snack, any cover charges, bartender gratuities, and round trip transportation. Not included are any additional purchases and gratuities for your tour guide and Brew Bus Driver.

HOW LONG ARE THE TOURS?

See tour description for specific tour details but most are 4 – 6 hours.

CAN I BOOK A TOUR THE MORNING OF?

Absolutely! As long as there are seats left! Email us at info@brewbusbuffalo.com

SHOULD I EAT BEFORE THE TOUR?

Yes, we are providing you with a snack during the beer tour and food may not be available at all the breweries. Our tours start and end in places where food will be available to you. So please get there early and have lunch or dinner!

CAN WE TIP THE DRIVER OR TOUR GUIDE?

Yes!  Keep in mind neither is allowed to drink so tips should be cash and not beers!  And thank you for asking!
